This was the second listing I’ve had the pleasure of shooting in Del Webb’s Sweetwater. It is an amazing 55+ community perfectly located off of Baymeadows & 295 just a couple of exits away from St. John’s Town Center. The site is impeccably well-maintained, the amenities are amazing, and the activities calendar is always full. I’ve only got a couple more decades before I can live in here!
