I enjoyed shooting this home for a friend of mine that is moving too far away! They received the FIRST offer on their house within FOUR HOURS of listing it, which I’m not completely surprised because it’s a well kept home on an amazing piece of land with 2 acres of lush trees in West Saint Augustine. They close in a couple of weeks, and they are still receiving calls on the house regularly. Here are a few of my favorites from this listing shoot. I’m all about that Master Bathtub and the amazing home built shutters they added!
