It is up to the Agent to assure the property is prepared to be photographed.  Please share my Seller’s page with you client, and get to the property prior to the scheduled shoot time. I do go out of my way to assure I capture the best photos possible given the circumstance, however there is only so much time you, your seller, and I want to be tied up during a photo shoot. Pictures of a dirty and cluttered home reflect poorly on the listing, your portfolio, my work, and the owner!! The more prepared a home is, the better the pictures will turn out!
